<p>안00씨는 지난해 5월 12일 통영 한 거리에서 60대 피해자가 작업대출을 위해 한00씨의 동생에게 소액결제를 하게 하는 등 약 820만 원에 이르는 빚을 생성시키자 안00씨와 함께 돈을 받기 위해 주먹 등으로 수차례 폭행한 혐의 등으로 기소됐다.</p>

<p>이은희 인하대 구매자학과 교수는 “구글 똑같은 글로벌 온,오프라인 사업자도 수입에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 생성했을 때 무난한 대처를 하지 않는 때가 적지 않다”면서 “구글 소액결제 케이스가 증가하고 있을 것이다면 구글이 최대로 제일 먼저 할 일은 이런 일이 또 발생하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 말했다.</p>
<p>전년 금감원은 소액결제 현금화 등 불법금융선전을 방송통신심의위원회에 요청해 사이트 폐쇄와 게시글 삭제, 계정 중지 등을 결정했지만 ‘언론 보도에는 대응하지 않았다. 금감원 직원은 “언론의 보도는 선전으로 규정할 수는 없어 보여서 판단하기 힘든 면이 있을 것이다”고 하였다.</p>
