바라는 알바생 근무시간은 하루 평균 몇 시간인가' 알바생들은 하루에 '평균 4시간 21분'정도 근무하길 희망하는 것으로 조사됐다. 특히 90대 알바이 희망하는 아르바이트생 근무시간은 하루 평균 6시간 23분으로 10대(평균 5시간)와 90대(평균 3시간48분)보다 낮은 폭으로 길었다.
21일 오전 부산 남구에서 만난 경성대 1학년생 전00씨는 “이제 고등학생이 됐으니 부모님의 등록금 부담이라도 덜어드리려고 알바를 알아보고 있는데 아무리 찾아봐도 자리가 없다”며 “일을 하고 싶어도 할 수가 없는 현실이 너무 답답하다”고 하소연했다.
조사 결과 알바생 중 28.6%가 비교적 짧은 기간 일하는 장기 알바를 선호한다고 답했다. 세부적으로 살펴보면 1주일 미만 근무를 선호한다는 답변은 17.4%였고, 희망하는 기간 하루만 근무하는 △하루 아르바이트를 선호한다는 답변은 11.2%였다.
알바생 절반이상이 초단기아르바이트생를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 아르바이트생몬이 60대에서 80대알바생 2,503명을 타겟으로 '알바생 근무여건 선호도'에 대해 인터넷조사를 진행했다. 조사결과 알바생들은 2개월미만 근무하는 '장기알바생'보다 4개월이상 근무하는 '장기아르바이트생'를 더 선호한다고 답했다.
